Contract Attorney – New York, NY

This leading global financial institution is seeking a contract attorney with 7+ years of securities law experience, with concentration in investment management (Investment Advisers Act of 1940).

Primary responsibilities include:

• Draft, review and negotiate investment management agreements with large institutional clients and pension plans.
• Draft and review offering, subscription and other ancillary documents with respect to unregistered pooled vehicles.
• Review marketing materials associated with unregistered pooled products.

Other requirements:

• Able to work well in a fast paced environment and get along with various personalities.
• Diligent and possess sound business judgment as well as legal expertise.
• Knowledge of and experience with ERISA, CFTC, Investment Company Act and hedge funds a plus.

This project is expected to run 3-6 months. Pay rate approximately 60-65 hr.

Document Review Attorneys – New York, NY

We have a dozen positions available for NY ADMITTED ATTORNEYS with some document review experience. This is temporary assignment that could last for several months in Manhattan. Excellent working conditions. $32.00 per hour. Hours are regular 40 – 50 hour business week. No weekends or late nights.

Document Review Attorneys – Atlanta, GA

Atlanta firm currently seeks attorneys, including recent law school graduates, to assist with both long and short term e-discovery document review projects. This position is responsible for reviewing case specific material for relevance, specific issues and privilege. Candidates must be accurate and efficient while working under tight deadlines. Attorneys in this position will be exposed to a wide range of legal matters and use state of the art technology and equipment for increased productivity.

• A Juris Doctorate
• Must be actively licensed and in good standing with a state bar or be registered to take the next upcoming bar exam
• Must be able to make a commitment for a minimum of 6 months
